I’m thinking 1971.
I won’t give away the year yet, but in the order I was in, the habit evolved over about 10 years; this was a stage in that evolution, which ended in secular clothing and a small cross.
I didn’t know that nuns’ habits had skirts that short. Not even in the 1960s.
Love the photo. So interested when you share your experiences as a nun. I am a catholic psr (public school religion) aka sunday school teacher. My small church has 2 ladies who are also ex-religious.
